What is your processing Time?Our processing time is 5-7 business days after approval of your design. We are closed on holidays and those days will not be counted as business days.
Once shipped, when will my order arrive?
After your custom pickleball paddle is done processing, it will be shipped that day or the next business day.
Standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage mail 3-5 business days
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your order is undeliverable and returned due to an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again to re-deliver to a new address.
